Yesterday we finally arrived. Actually, our GPS unit said exactly that. “You have arrived!” When you drive into the Sandpiper Apartments property, you can’t help but get that feeling. I have arrived. It is a very nice place.

Day 8 – Warner Robins
Sunday, August 2nd, 2009Sometimes things just don’t work out the way you expect them to. We arrived in Warner Robins yesterday expecting to move into our apartment. Well, that didn’t happen and we ended up in a hotel instead. There was a miscommunication and the apartment we reserved wouldn’t be ready until Monday. However, it has turned out to be a pretty good time and the kids are enjoying it a bunch.
Day 6-7 – Mammoth Cave, Nashville, Allatoona Landing, Warner Robins

The Beginning of a Journey
Thursday, July 23rd, 2009Not that today marks the beginning of this journey, but the stress of what is to come has built to a point where I simply needed to start writing. I will be writing about our journey over the next few weeks. It is a journey of business, of family adventure, of new experiences, of significant personal growth. This is our 2009 summer vacation.
