Well today, I received another email from Sean Nalewanyj, which helped me redesign my workout schedule to match what I really needed.

Yesterday, I talked about setting up my routine to take advantage of what I am learning in Sean Nalewanyj’s email course for building muscle. This morning, I was pretty sore and I had to make some adjustments to the plan.
Improving My Workouts
Thursday, August 13th, 2009Since moving to Sandpiper Apartments, I have been working out in the gym everyday. It’s been great and I feel the difference every day. However, I have been pretty slack on how I do my workouts. I have been keeping everything in my head about how much weight I am moving and how many reps I am doing. After a while, it gets a bit hard to keep on top of everything.
Settling In
