Improving My Workouts

Personally writen by Kyle Edginton

Since moving to Sandpiper Apartments, I have been working out in the gym everyday. It’s been great and I feel the difference every day. However, I have been pretty slack on how I do my workouts. I have been keeping everything in my head about how much weight I am moving and how many reps I am doing. After a while, it gets a bit hard to keep on top of everything.

Well, yesterday I got an email from Sean Nalewanyj from the Free Muscle Building Guide and it was all about tracking being the most important aspect of body building. After signing up to his free 8-part email course to learn more, I headed over to his NalewanyjFitness YouTube Page and watched his video about building arm muscles. That was a very interesting video and it prompted me to put together a routine of exercises for myself.

After figuring out all the exercises I wanted to do and on what schedule, I needed a nice, neat way to monitor my progress. So I did a Google search for exercise logging tools and found one called the Exercise Diary 3.1.0. I was thinking I would have to do my own, but this tool worked out very well.

After customizing the tool for my needs, I was finally able to get right into my new routine and headed out to the gym to work my chest and back and then went for a swim. Satisfied with my workout, I headed for a cold shower. Being so hot and humid in Middle Georgia, I am really getting used to the cold shower.

This new knowledge and tool will help me achieve the body I want in record time. Just one more small step on the road to success.
